Daniel Giménez, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences. His interests include monitoring and predicting movement of nutrients and pesticides from watersheds in response to hydrological events, groundwater-surface water pollution, and measurement and prediction of water movement in soils. He is principal investigator in an Equine Science Center-funded project examining the impact of horse manure and composted manure on soil and water quality.
