Stephen E. Hart, Ph.D. is a Rutgers Cooperative Extension Specialist in weed management practices in turfgrass, ornamentals, and non-crop areas. He also plays a key role in developing and evaluating weed management systems, particularly those that integrate cultural and chemical strategies and reduce herbicide use.
